quarter, as per the data available with Magicbricks. Majority of them offered
multi-storey apartments followed by independent houses and plots. Prices of

Gachibowli Gachibowli has the highest number of active
projects in the city. Majority of these projects are under construction with
only few offering possession as of now. The area is dominated by apartment
projects but a few villa projects are also available. The 2 and 3BHK units are
the most supplied configuration in the area. The locality itself is home to
several IT companies and also shares neighborhood with Hitec City. The area is
accessible from Old Mumbai Highway and the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Prices here
start from Rs 35 lakh for a 2BHK apartment and go upto Rs 4.4 crore for a 4BHK
villa. Most of the properties are part of gated communities.
Adibatla Situated
on the outskirts of the city, close to ORR, Adibatla is not only gaining
