HMDA layouts plot pricing:

(Considering a good East/North facing plot)

Basic HMDA layout plots around Mangalpally/ Ravirala/ kongara Area price range is Rs. 8,500/- to Rs. 9500/- per sq. yard.

Premium layouts plots with better infrastructure like CC Roads/underground cabling/clubhouse etc., price is in the range of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.12,000/- per sq. yard.

HMDA Layouts plots facing ORR(Adibatla/Kongara area) are in the range of Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000/- per sq. yard.

Plots in HMDA layouts which are faraway and those which do not have proper shape, border plots, south facing, interior venture , vedi shool etc are being sold in the range of Rs.6,000 to Rs.8,500 per sq. yard.

Some of the developers are selling plots which are too far (say around 15 km) from Adibatla by taking advantage of Adibatla name/market.

Please check the location in google map and enquire about distance(not time) from prime location and future prospects etc. before investing your hard earned money.

Buyer may have to forget about selling these far away plots for at least a decade or so.

Resalability is an important factor. Think before you act.
