Flat bookings opened in Towers A, B, C and D(around 270 flats). As displayed at their site, around 100 flats are booked before the launch date(14th Feb 2016). Probably this could be the reason behind their confidence.

Positive news for the year 2016:
- Delhi public school and Sloka international school started admissions for the coming academic year.
- TCS may formally inaugurate its campus.
- Sri Sri Gruhanirman is planning to construct around 677 flats close to TCS campus.
- Builders are hunting for bigger size plots.
- Banks are making agreements for commercial space.
- Road widening from ORR to TCS campus is pending and hopefully this will complete soon.
- Construction work of couple of apartments might complete by the end of the year.
- Wonderla Amusement park will be operational(partially) by March/April. Expecting to attract around 4000 people per day and this keeps the area lot busier.
- Construction work of couple of companies in Aero SEZ started.
- Couple of HMDA ventures are expected in and around Kongara Kalan.
- One more Narayana Campus is getting readied for the coming academic year.
- HDFC is starting its branch before TCS Campus. BOI and others are looking for commercial space.
